Company Name: Digital Idea Force
Company / Concept: Digital Idea Force is a digital marketing organization focused on arming retirement planning and insurance professionals with the knowledge and tools to increase the size of their digital footprint online.
By using tried and true digital marketing concepts like social media, blogging, opt-ins, email marketing, and videos on YouTube, advisors will learn how to increase their brand awareness online resulting in more leads for their business and ultimately how to convert those leads into sales and new relationships.
Logo Inspiration (directly from the client):
http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/224880 - The character is kind of old school, which would be an interesting mix with digital idea force.
http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/224131 - I like the text fitting inside an overall picture.
http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/223463 - older video-game looking text.
http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/217182 - The minimal aspect of this would look good, black/white mixed with one other bright color would be cool.
http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/210318 - The black space is strong, and the color pops out.
http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/20921 - I like the contrast of the black/white against the yellow color.
http://www.josepvinaixa.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/CHVRCHES-Get-Away-2014-1200x1200.png - it's what "futuristic" was considered in the 80's.
Colors: Combo: Black-grey-white-orange-lime green. Combo:Black 90's colors, 2014 Santa Cruz Nomad colors for reference (http://bikeculturerotorua.files.wordpress.com/2014/04/nomad-3c-34-blue.png)
Feel: Futuristic or vintage(it can go either way I feel like and still work). Assertive(hard to ignore). Impactful. Memorable. Unique.
Additional Notes: The main demographic I will be reaching 25-55, college educated, mostly male, but I expect this to business to grow over time and reach a wider audience.
The client didn't mention any particular graphics that they would like to use but I think the typography selection will likely be important, as well as possibly exploring a badge type of layout (if you try to go the vintage route)
As far as the graphics, if it was me I would try to incorporate icons that would relate to "social media, blogging, opt-ins, email marketing, and videos"
“Thrilled with the logo design. High quality, creative concept. Excellent mockups. Above and beyond, thank you!”
