I am looking for a Logo Design for a Family Medicine Doctor's Office.

Our name is HealthyU Family Medicine.

Guiding Principles: At HealthyU Family Medicine, we are committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate care in a patient friendly environment. We empower our patients with knowledge to achieve their healthcare goals, to live healthy lives and to prevent disease. You can count on the experience of our Primary Care Physicians at HealthyU Family Medicine for high quality, personalized medical care.

Payment: We will be paying 250$ for this project (no hourly rate), and will guarantee a winner. This $250 will include final delivery of all logo vector art (exact colors needed in CMYK, RGB, and HEX). If agreed upon afterwards, we will be paying an additional $350 for a letterhead, business cards, email signature, envelope design, and a brand style guide, that includes primary palette and secondary palette, identity, basic standards for use.
