  #18 & 19 are getting closer but are still not what I am looking for. I'd like to see a logo with a river incorporated and something that represents residential and commercial buildings... but very subtle. Clean, Simple, Modern, Professional.

     I like some of the work you have done in other contests, I would like to see more ideas from you. Your current logo is okay, however, it's not unique or custom enough. I also like simple icons/logos that don't need a lot of effects to make them stand out. Maybe try to do something with the word "Rogue" as a logo so Property Management is not so small.
