I need a logo for a company I'm building. The company does software development and project management consulting.

The company will be called Litehouse Labs. Litehouse is a (blatantly obvious) play on lighthouse, and "Lite" is used for branding of internal projects. Our primary brand color is a fluorescent blue (hex #00b8fd, r 0, g 184, b 253) with a glow effect (think lightbulb glow, like the attached logo created for one of our projects). I'd like the primary element to be a lighthouse with a blue glow, though I'm open to variations on that.
