Hi Freelancers!

We are looking for someone to design a logo.

A bit of background of the concept . We want to share our knowledge from our company . That's why we have the concept” UF Academy” designed a hodgepodge of internal training , external training , internship projects , guidance for new employees and more.

In the first phase, we want to make everyone warm for the morning courses that take place here and there, we need something visually for this .
So we thought of a logo for UF Academy that we can use for internal communication about training and for printing a calendar with view of upcoming courses on a poster etc,

style
For the style of the logo, we were inspired by logos of (American ) universities and student groups . So we came up with the idea of using a shield or a ribbon (like a sorority ) . Attached is a rough sketch of two concepts that we had in mind . At the crest I drew two hands (because our company logo also has hands in it ) , but we are not really a fan of it . My colleague thought it would be nice to put a cute robot here ( with square shapes - see Annex example) , but this should be so filled as desired .

The font of the " UF " section I thought of something like Boston University ( see appendix ) . And for the " Academy " section I thought of something that reminds you of an old Roman font , but slightly tighter in the future ( eg 'acting cool by not putting a line that connects the both lines in the letter A') .

color
In terms of colors we find something that is compatible with the current company logo ( see attachment ) , but in addition it may also be different. One requirement is that the UF Academy logo may not be stuck to any certain color background. It should be in convertible to grayscale.

In the first phase, We would like to see the following:

· The two concepts of Annex elaborated in color (you can be free with the design , ie don't take the sketches too literally)

· ( If you have an original idea for the logo yourself, don't hesisitate and show us!)

Important note!
The winner of this contest will get the chance in designing the entire brand of this company section.

We want the logo in vectors, layered PSD, PNG, JPG and all fonts used

I have a few questions, Can we create a design without using a shield and riboon??
and As you say in part 1, can we create something abstract, but still using the UF academy??

Hi! I have only one question - Do accept .ai vector files? As far as it goes for logo designs it is the best alternative.

  Vector files are also fine. do make sure everything is well organized if we want to edit here and there. Also a version with and without outlined letters.

PART 2

We love the suggested color palette , but we also like to have seen a version with a sort of dull red to match . Upon our current logo This should not be the same red as our current logo , but we just want to see if it fits there . The red may play in the background , the logo itself or the text ( whatever works )

· We would have liked a second variant of the logo in rectangle shape . So with the word Academy right UF . Again so that we can place in the same proportion . UF Academy logo under our current logo The original square concept is superb, so that we want to preserve , but just like with a rectangular variant there.

Hi freelancers! the entries with 4 star or more read this please: PART 1

We would have liked a few adjustments .
· The logo ( as well as the concepts that appear in the logo ) is doing too much thinking in a race logo.

· We are not a fan of the laurel (too racey ) . If necessary, replace it with something IT - minded / focused training , but it may be something abstract. Asterisks rather not .(no stars)
