Contest Brief

I'm looking for a logo of an eagle.

We are in the business of manufacturing and selling personal electric vehicles/transporters. Think of Segway, but we carry more than just a two-wheeler model.

I'd like the logo to portray a sense of sturdiness and strength. Although our products may or may not be correlated with speed, I do not see "speed" will be a selling point for us. I do not want all the feathery details of the eagle itself, but a simple silhouette will definitely NOT work. The eagle should have its wings spread. It could be sitting and spreading its wings, or it can be spreading its wings in flight.

The U.S. Air Force has a very interesting representation of the eagle. I like it very, very much. It is simple but right to the point. Drawback of their logo is that it only works when "U.S. Air Force" is shown along with it. Otherwise, by itself, it looks like a medal/ribbon and meaningless. Perhaps something morphed from this concept will be to my liking.
