Hello fellow designers,
This contest involves an improvement to our current logo design for our website. We are located in London and serve the Turkish speaking community living in London. Our name is Londrali, which means Londoner in English. It is originally written as "Londralı". "i" without dot "ı". So you might be able to use a different color or design for the dot as we want it to be read as "Londralı".
We have many sections in our website such as news, articles, jobs, classified ads, companies, videos etc. Therefore we used a "magnifying glass" in our existing logo.
We are happy with our icon which is also attached below. (Letter "L" with london eye). You can use a similar icon with some improvements. It has to be modern and maybe a bit softer. Also we are open to similar ideas for it.
Our slogan for now is "Başka yerde arama". It might be changed in future, so your design has to work with and without any slogan.
We will be available to communicate with all contestants while design takes place. The winner will also have the chance to work long term with our company with design works. Please remeber we are in media sector, so our logo has to be designed in accordance with it.
The design reflect following;
1. Logo need to stand out and need to be memorable.
2. Unique, modern and fresh.
3. Must offer trust to large companies or private individuals.
4. Minimalist design.
5. Visible on solid backgrounds i.e. all white / black / mono colour.
6. Winner need to submit all the files with all usable formats in high resolution.

We have mentioned in the brief about "Winner" to have chance to work with us in future. But this applies to all our contestants. We work mostly on online advertising, PR at the moment.
