Contest Brief

Appliance Magic is a in home appliance repair company. We go to customers homes to work on their refrigerators, washers and dryers, ovens and ranges, etc.

I am looking for a new logo. The logo I have is decent but it doesn't seem to fit anything very well. The rabbit sticks up higher than appliance magic leaving a blank area in the top right that is hard to fill. And the rabbit has grown old for me. I want a new logo that is easier to work with and still has some sort of "magical" theme. I want it to be a logo that when someone sees it they will remember it was appliance magic that they called for their appliance service.

I've thought about a logo with playing cards but how would I make them look magical? I've thought about a hologram logo where things changed or moved, but that's not gonna happen. I really don't have any ideas other than I want a magical them with the company name "Appliance Magic" spelled out in the logo. This is a big change because everything I have has the rabbit. Invoices, work vans, websites, etc. So I want to make sure this is one I'll want forever.

If I choose your logo I'd like to have the logo in all of the major file formats. JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF, AI, etc.....

    Because of all of the hard work and dedication Zanci and NCVDesign have put in I'm narrowing it down to these 2 artists. I've left the top 3 up that I like the most and the finished product is very close. This is important to me because I never want to change logos again. The logo I currently use is one that people recognize my company by, that's why I decided to just modify it a bit. Great job you 2. It's a race to the finish line. Thanks!!

    Remember the logo needs to fit the van as well as any web pages etc. As an example the starts around the rabbit on the van were so small that the stickers started coming off not long after they were on. Also, the whiskers on the rabbit started coming off.

    Rarely if ever use a hammer on appliance repair. People dont like their appliances beat up. lol. Glad the stars are gone too. They were so small on the van they peeled off very easily.

    What is the best file format to get to you guys? I had a professional company do the original logo so I have every format, or at least most of them. Tell me what works best and I'll see if I can get a link to the original file.

    For those that are still interested this is what I've decided that I want. This logo that I have been using is familiar to people and I want the new one to look a lot like the old one. I have all of the file formats from the original logo if I can get them to you guys because I want everything exact but the rabbit can be changed up, maybe have a rabbit holding tools? But the color scheme and logo layout needs to stay as the original.

      Sir , go to Post Project and post a simple project and invite me to accept it (after you are done with posting the project you have to go to my profile and you will see there the "Invite to project" button) , is very simple and takes no longer than 2 minutes. You can put a simple title as Private project for NCVDesign and do a fixed project of 50$ and after that we can communicate better because we can start private message.     Appliance Magic does not have to be side by side. If it helps Appliance can be on top of Magic.

    Thanks for everyone's ideas and help. Let me clarify. I want exactly the same logo now but the rabbit can be gone. The hat can stay but does not have to. I want the same colors, design, everything I have now except the rabbit and the hat is optional.

    I dont know what is fair and what isnt but there are 2 or 3 that are real close to what I'm looking for. Dont know that it would be fair to say which 2 or 3 those are.

    Ok, wow some great logos. Let me say this. I really like everything about my existing logo except the rabbit. It would be great if I could basically use the same everything except the rabbit and make the logo easier to work with.

    Right. The logo really tells nothing about what I do. As of right now I only do in home appliance repair. BUT, eventually I may open a shop and sell appliance parts and used appliances, so it needs to stay somewhat generic. No, the rabbit can go. If I wanted the rabbit I'd keep what I have. I know what I have is not a bad logo but it doesn't work well when designing business cards etc.

    Hello friend, I can meet your requirement, to change your logo, because it actually tells us nothing of what you do, but I have a few questions first, is it possible to place tools on the logo ?, always have to use the rabbit? do you want a logo or animation ?, while you answer me I'll be working on an idea I had, we are in contact.
