We are a new fair trade gift store opening soon and we need a logo. Please see attached for a basic concept we liked. You can base your design off of it, or do something new.

Fair Trade means paying a decent wage for workers in 3rd world countries (no sweat-shop labor). The gifts will be handmade from all over the world. Sales of these gifts help improve the lives of artisans in 3rd world countries. They're also creative and unique gifts that people enjoy.

The name of the store is "Around The World Gifts" and the subtitle is "A Fair Trade Outlet" (which also needs to be in the logo, but could be smaller or a different font, etc.).

We need your help to have a great logo for our new store! Good Luck!

Hello I created 105 and it was rejected. But thank you for giving me the opportunity to enter the contest. I'm looking at all of your suggestions and it seems number 114 did a good job conveying what you need. It's simple, not busy, not too many colors, contains all of the continents, and very elegant. Take note I don't know that person at all. I just was taken back by design. I really like it!

i like the color scheme on #56. I looked at a few other Fair Trade sites and their logos are all quite simple, one or two colors and have a handmade look:

Black and White, or black and tan, or sepia seem like good options. I think the entries so far have been too colorful, too busy.
