We would like a professional logo created for an IT Company. The current logo is attached.

We consider 2 options:
1. You can improve the current logo (make it look professional). You can change colors, fonts, text arrangement. I do not have any source files.
2. Create a logo from scratch.

Deliverables:
The winner will have to submit FINAL SOURCE FILES in VECTORIAL format and .psd & .png, & .jpg formats (optimized for web, booklets, etc). We also need full credits and copyrights for the project.

Looking for best quality/price report.
