I would like to get a logo designed for JackTheGamer.com which is a Digital Games selling portal constitutes of PC and Console gaming

The mascot of the logo would be jack the ripper (the most wanted serial killer of england, googling will help if you dont know him) but not the normal fierce version instead something in a cute version like these examples

Now apart from that as the name suggests i would like Jack to be a gaming while still resembling the ripper.

The logo is for placing it on the website, banners, social media and multiple other places so having a vector logo would be the thing i believe.

As for the color combination, there isn't much of a preference, i would prefer a clean logo where the colors are flat and can be changed later as well.
