It should be TL and T1, T2, T3 different variations. Infact that is going to be a basic logo for the company and then the logos for three towers.

The TL, T1, T2 and T3 thing is mandatory or can we propose some other kind of signage code to differentiate the main logo and the tower logos? Like colours or flags or patterns with the name of each tower written on the ribbon? Also, could you take a look at my proposal and give some feedback? it's #94 , thanks!
