I need a logo for a NEWS website. Here are the requirements

* Blue and Green color.
* You can use globe, pen and hands
* I want to word V or W or U in my logo design
* I want tag lines as given in attached image file
I have attached previous logo which is showing V and globe. So you can take idea but I have already explained you what I want.

** I want that logo with a nice creativity. I don't want scrap or copy/paste work so remember this before design.
** I want all designing files in CDR format.
