I need a logo for a client, they currently have the attached but they want something new.

The do handy man jobs for people but are breaking in to a higher end marked so it needs to be posh and also stick out.

All files need to be returned to me in Adobe Illustrator so that any changes in the future can be done here. I also need any fonts used as well.

Illustrator CC is the preferred version.
