I need a logo designed for my company for both website and print. I want to use it for business cards, a website, flyers and brochures, and signature blocks.

My company is a talent acquisition recruiting consulting company - we work with corporate HR departments, talent acquisition managers and recruiters, and business leaders to create hiring programs for university students, diversity candidates, and military veterans. The name of my company is The Pathfinder Group and I refer to it as Pathfinder.

I like logos with strong fonts, good colors, and shadowing - I think camouflage colors resonate with this group, but not overtly - blues, greens, browns, beige. The key is military and diversity recruiting. I don't want a military logo, but something that echoes veterans and military service in addition to diversity (non military) recruiting. I've attached a logo I love for a similar company that is focused on diversity recruiting with an emphasis on Native Americans - I am not trying to copy this logo.

I'm not looking for overtly military themes or colors - red, white, and blue; minutemen; military chevrons, etc. The target audience is Fortune 500 corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders as well as college, military, and diversity candidates - I want the logo to be unique, visually eye catching, and be inclusive.
