Hello,
Who can design a logo that can be used for letter head, website, email signature,.. for our new website ?
We are a company doing business in developing e-commerce sites.
Our company name must be mentioned in the logo : W.E.COM
Kind regards.

Since it is confusing with domain extension you can design logo without dots:

WECOM

note: we do not want shopping cart or shopping bag in the logo. More in the direction like "creative" media company.

What WECOM mean or what's the message it should convey? Is it a combination of two words? If we know the exact meaning we will design around that.

  WECOM is only the company name that does not carry any specific subject or message. We need a clean text logo that clearly can be read + a little fancy design element in the logo like for example in the designs 65 and 54.
