Hi, I need the cover (front and back) of a program made for an Employee Awards Banquet. And I need it made in Microsoft Publisher 2013 please. And I need to to be able to be edited from year to year. At least just the date and location. The cover needs to be able to be printed on 8.5" x 11 paper. I have uploaded an example of previous years. However, I do not need it to look like this at all. I just need it to cover similar information for sure. Here is the information:

Theme: "Thank you for growing with us". (We are thinking greenery like plants. We are giving them small plants as take home gifts. So a picture of a growing plant might work well)

Items that need to show up:
Adventist Health Central Valley Network - logo on front and back.
B3 Commitment Logo - on back

Information that needs to show up:
2013/2014 Employee Service Awards Banquet (needs to be editable)
Wednesday, April 16th, 2014 (needs to be editable)
Hanford Civic Auditorium (needs to be editable)
"Thank you for your many years of dedicated service and living our B3 vision!"
