I'm looking for a design for a contact details page which will be used in a custom system. This will be the first of many designs that will be needed. This contest will be used to determine who can work on the other designs. It would be great if you can design and also implement the design in CSS. The attached files are of a wireframe that includes the fields needed and a idea on the layout. The other file includes the existing top layout and colors. The design needs to fit in the main area of the attached in the width provided. The background of the page will be grey, so the content area should be a different color.

The timeline that's shown in the wireframe can be from an existing jquery tool or other CSS option. I would prefer CSS only for the timeline area if possible.

Are you committed to any particular fonts? There are some web fonts that'd look great on an interface like this, and they're easy to implement site-wide.
