I need a website template design for a new website FunnyJokerr.com

All pages will use the same design layout/format.

I am NOT a designer. I created a basic mockup of a selected category page to give you an idea of my concept. See attached.

Your design does NOT need to match my mockup. I lack creativity. So feel free to be more creative.

I don't have any color preferences. Also attached is the logo.

I added the jokerr.com logo for the top toolbar. I want the word Network beside it, so it will say Jokerr Network.
