I am in the process of starting up a business that revolves around an iPhone application for people buying a home. The website won't be viewed by homebuyers, but the people that administer the homebuyer information. Basically, here is what need:

2 Pages Designed.
1.) Home page
2.) Internal pages

The site is going to be basic. Just a home page, a contact page, and an order page for them to order our service.

In terms of design ideas and colours. I like shades of light blue, black, gray, white. Our logo is white with black and light blue font.

I need the template done and converted into CSS/HTML.
