UPDATE - For contest entry - Post a theme you can install on wordpress. I dont need to see customization for entry, but want my logo and basic update done with the - install. UPADTE

I need a wordpress template customized and installed onto my host ([url removed, login to view]).
I need a homepage and interior page designed, menu customized and the site installed so I can format content.

I would like a premium template but will settle for basic. The template should be clean, professional, responsive and lightweight.

See example sites of those I like.

Dummy content for my site ([url removed, login to view]) and pages needed ([url removed, login to view]). I will customize text later, so it is not necessary to include, but the page titles (shell) should be there.
