I need a 4x6 postcard designed similar to the black Petroff postcard PDF supplied. The FRONT will have a similar photo layout (crop and/or use the photos supplied) with the words "The Housing Market is Hot! Homes Are Selling Over Asking Price!" replacing the previous ones on the top of the black Petroff card. Remove: Petroff picture and "Century 21" and entire bottom bar with "bolder.smarter.faster". Add: Balloon RE/MAX logo from old 4x6(can be knockout white or blue and red). The BACK will be a white background with a light screen of the RE/MAX balloon (see Gratta/Baier card). Add a 1/3 of sheet black bar on the bottom and a thinner black bar on top. Add John Baier pic on the left side and Vince Gratta on the right side (both pics overtop of the bottom black bar). Add as knockout in top black bar: Let Our Top Negotiating Skills Work For You Today! Add John Baier (remax blue) and "Sales Representative"(remax red) in white area to the RIGHT of John's pic. Add Vince Gratta(remax blue) and "Sales Representative"remax red) in white area to the LEFT of Vince's pic. Add: 905.304.3303 just below agents names and above black bar. Keep address information from current 4x6 in the same spot.

Final files must be supplied as 300 dpi CMYK print quality PDF's (except some pics that are not high quality) with 1/16 bleed per side. Do not use transparancies and make sure all fonts are outlined.

Use between 4-6 of the garden pictures on the front side. Do not put headshots on the front side. On the back, try to have the headshots overtop of the bottom black bar. This job is for RE/MAX not Century 21
