Below are my guideline for the design.

1. Please see the picture which i tried to design. You can get the basic design and description from there (osprey_email_signature.psd).
2. Facebook, twitter and linkedin icon with the embedded link should be there

3. We need a portion of the signature for the picture of the employee as well
4. I have attached 3 sample of the signature as well. Please have a look to know what kind of signature we think is better (you are free to use your own creativity in the design though)

please stop putting the pictures. go for the professional look. The layout of #15 is good but it needs to be more professional. on the other hand #8 is good but the social networks are not too attractive and dominant for the customers to click ( #15 is more dominant in social networks link). I hope you guys know what i am looking for
