Hello guys,

Kindly read the description and requirements carefully.

This contest is for the following:

- Design Concept for a two-storey house. (Classic style)
- Floor Plan & Elevations
- 3D Rendering
I will also need Autocad files upon awarding.

General Description:

The property is 700 square meters (35m X 20m). Refer to the attachments for Lot location, dimension details and notes.

Requirements:
- House Exterior: Should be Classic – see attached word document - includes photos for preferred designs.

Outdoors:
1. Right Side of the property: I need to have a small suite for my driver.
Driver suite : Suite door that opens from the fence (no access to the house). Suite includes small bedroom + bathroom + kitchenette (just a counter)

2. Left side of the property: Garage ( for one car only).

3. Man Cave : we call this “Diwania” in our culture.. this is where guys usually gather and watch soccer games, play cards, drink..etc. Should also include a washing area + toilet + Kitchenette. Usually, the Diwania is shaped like a Bedouin tent. See attached word document; I am including photos to explain more. The Diwania should not be connected to the house itself. Should be a standalone structure in the outdoor area.

5. A swimming pool (small to medium size).

Two-story house:
a. Ground Floor ( Not exceeding 300 square meters). To include:
 Kitchen
 Storage space.
 Dirty Kitchen – outside the house but connected to the main kitchen
 Dining hall ( to seat 12 people)
 Main Family Living Room overlooking the garden/pool
 Stairs (on the side, not in the middle of the house not to take so much space .. the design of the staircase can be modern or classic).
 Elevator
 Guest Suite. Should include ( bedroom + full bathroom).
 The ground floor should have one half bathroom to service the area. Should also include a washing area outside the toilet with two basins.

b. First Floor (Bedrooms – this floor should not be exceeding 350 square meters):
 Master suite. Should include (2 separate Bedrooms, each bedroom should have a king size bed), both bedrooms to share one main bathroom + walk-in closet. Both bedrooms should be overlooking the garden.
 I have two daughters and would like them to have their own quarter; this should include two bedrooms with shared full bathroom and shared walk-in closet.
 I also have three sons and need their bedrooms to be designed this way:
• Boys quarter similar to the girl’s quarter ( two bedrooms with shared full bath and closet).
• Eldest son suite to include (bedroom + full bathroom + closet).

c. Second Floor:
 Should include Maid bedroom ( two beds + bathroom),
 Laundry room. to include ( washing machine & dryer room + extension closet for ironing).
 Storage room.
 Guest Suite with full bath.
 Rooftop area for future rooftop garden or seating area.

  Hello Dimoreno.. no structure.. just floor plans, distribution, elevations and 3D renders.. It's required for him to get the home loan from our company.. that's why we need them after two weeks max. As for the structure and engineering plan/package, we have to do it through a local engineering consultancy company to meet building code standards in Saudi Arabia...
