I need to have a great Logo for a company.

Company name is Kaizen Enterprise Ltd

Logo can be with or without Ltd.

Some company information.

The business is about marketing, motivation, business improvement.
Kaizen (Japanese Word) means daily small improvements or small steps to make things better.

Any ideas are welcome. But probably i am looking for clever, simple and sharp.

At the moment there is no website, colour ideas or tag line.
