Successful real estate team in Atlanta, GA, with a female team leader looking to rebrand logo while keeping existing team name. Design must incorporate "Graham + Co. Homes" (exactly as typed here) and name should be dominant feature of logo. The logo should be a horizontal design so that it can be easily incorporated onto standard sized signage, flyers, mail pieces, etc. The winning design should be simple and impactful and must include a full set of collateral with variations on the original design that include: black & white option, full color option, abbreviated or condensed version for thumbnails like are commonly used on social media accounts.

Design Inspiration: The brand is contemporary and sophisticated. We don't want high modern that may read too pretentious (note: many of the submissions are feeling very dated and generic). Logo should be inviting and approachable and be attractive for buyers and sellers of all price points. The winning design may include a very simple skyline or more preferred, a home, to communicate that this is a real estate brand, but should stand out from the generic templates available elsewhere online. We've attached some samples of designs that are "good" and hope that you can submit something "Great!".

**Update** We're seeing much better submissions coming through now, thank you for listening to the feedback before submitting! The submissions we're getting now are all so similar though. We'd love to see some different ideas that are simple and contemporary. Be inspired by our favorites but give us a different option to make yours stand out.

We see a lot of people working to incorporate the letters "G" "C" "H" into the home/skyline elements- please don't. As long as the name is prominent. Those entries tend to look more busy or even cluttered than it's worth.
