create a futuristic car dashboard (illuminating speedometers) that we want to use
instead of existing 7-Zip compression/decompression window (MS Windows version)
The backgorund of that dashboard will either be dark or like a projection on illuminated glass.
The needles of the speedometers must me movable by later program.
