Hello i need a jewelry care card that will be added to deliveries for customer who purchase online

One side will have the company logo, web address and thank you (web address is www.oakssignature.com)

the other side will have the following care instructions

Extra tips to make it last
• Keep it dry! Apply beauty products such as makeup perfume, hairspray or deodorant before wearing your jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the finish.
• Always last on, first off. Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing household chores or using abrasive cleaners.
• Always store each piece separately, so it doesn't scratch other jewelry. The best way to store your necklaces is to hang them or seal and store in an air-tight plastic baggie to prevent tarnishing
 Give jewelry a day off to limit wear and tear

Follow these simple steps to help keep your jewelry look its best year after year.

i don't have a desired size but i'm think slightly bigger than a regular business card, Maybe 2 times the size of a regular business card?

Do you have a desired size? Even if you don't have exact specifications in mind, could you describe "-ish"? I see there are a couple different sizes in the example photos you attached. Thank you!
