all social: povarlife
This card is not standard card dimensions. I want to have the size as per the Golden Ratio/Golden Section. I believe that would mean 85.6 x 54mm (the same size as a credit card). Our company uses a lot of classical and sacred geometry in it's branding.
Font is Tahoma.
FRONT OF CARD:
See the attached idea. This is not the final design so feel free to work with the spiral to make it look amazing! The Fibonacci spiral is light and slightly greyed out. It's main purpose is to illustrate the golden ration in the design and size of the card. I would like it to go right to the edges of the card when printed.
The font sizes are up to you to make look great. Feel free to use bold and varied sizes as you wish. At this stage I don't have a preference.
The social profiles all have the same name: povarlife If you use social icons, then just state this handle once as it is the same for all.
The size and location of the logo is also flexible. I'd expect it to be in the upper right to balance the card out - but thats also up to you as the designer. I have supplied the logo both with and without the slogan below. If you think the slogan will print clearly then feel free to design with that included.
REAR OF CARD
The rear brand mark (the OV symbol attached called 'brand mark') is to be at around 15 to 20% transparency so only slightly visible, like a watermark. I'd like people to able to write on the back over the 'watermark' of the brand but it still needs to be clearly seen. So therefore the rear should be white or light grey. The Fibonacci spiral is not required on the rear.
The brand mark should be 80% of the height of the card. Consider the Golden Ratio and see if it can be applied on the rear with the brand mark perhaps? If not, then keep it centred.
Thanks for your work in advance!

“The result was usable but I had to give such detailed step by step instructions that I felt I may as well have done the job myself, if only I had the software and user skills. (Please note that this was my first time designing a business card and first time on this platform) I was wanting a 'designer' with a good eye for design and the original submission was good looking but needed changes (that were all in the brief from the beginning). Having to literally draw the changes in my limited drawing software (and upload the drawing) as the written instructions were basically ignored, it became a tiring experience. It is also worth noting that most of the other submissions also seemed to avoid following the brief and just submitted whatever they wanted. I don't think I'll use this platform for design again. Technical skills perhaps, design skills, no. Other than that, we got there in the end. So thank you islamrobi. I appreciate your work none the less.”
