Write a Mac application that monitors the proximity of a user's smart-phone using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (if enabled).
If the user's proximity changes so that the mobile phone is being moved further away from the Mac desktop (based on signal strength), it should automatically lock the desktop. The software must be installed on the Mac computer/laptop and runs in the background (with an icon in the menu bar). No mobile app must be installed.
If this works, then additional requests will follow.
