I am looking for an award trophy that will recognize organizations who have done some tremendous work in support of employment people with disabilities.
The job will consist on design and 3D rendering.
The final output has to be easily made either with wood carvings or glass molding.
The awarding organization is the 'Action for Children with Disabilities (ACD)'.

your jobs done, this symbol signifies physically disabled people, so i hope you accept my design. The base is made of wood and the plate on base is for engraving names, the body and the symbol is made of glossy gold colour metal which is usually used for trophys or u can change it to glass, and the star can also be made of metal or glass.

Thanks for the trial but what i am looking for is a creative symbol to award individual and corporates who have provided outstanding services in employing persons with disabilities. The award/trophy (not a sport one) should draw inspiration from Disability empowerment and symbolize integration of disabled in employment.
