Access remote enterprise networks to evaluate and make recommendations.

1.Submit a Project Scope-Propose methods and technologies to review medium to large size corporate systems that are in production and make recommendations for billable products and services. Will need to be written in English. Prefer that the project plan is suitable for review by officers of customer companies. Please submit samples of completed works.

2.Access - After the Project Scope is accepted, the access method is to log on and configure a management workstation to process the analysis. This configuration includes installing utilities and tools that you prefer to use for this task and any other methods, utilities or procedures that you wish to use to complete the task.

3.Submit Results - After you have conducted the analysis of the systems you will need to prepare written results and recommendations. The results will need to be written in English. We prefer that the project plan is suitable for review by officers of customer companies. Please submit samples of completed works.

4.After the project principal accepts your Project Scope and Results you can be approved to complete the project.

5.Demonstration Project Available. If you would like to log on to a test network and demonstrate your methods a test network is available that is not a production network. A demonstration project is expected to be 1 hour that can be paid.

Some examples for the Project Scope are: Describe methods of accessing the system to review security and make recommendations, use tools to collect inventory of technologies and applications currently in use (solarwinds., kace, appassure, veeamm, arubanetworks, riverbed., riverbed, belarc and spiceworks).

Describe any other methods, procedures or utilities that you will be using to complete the project.

Review technology usage like disk space, risk of loss, disaster recovery, fault tolerance, consider technologies in the osi 7 layer model and review current and recommended.

Most content can be found on technet, msdn, dell or similar web sites and be adapted to specific projects.

Some possible topics to include:

Switches, routers, firewalls, servers, storage, vmware
Health of network, active directory, network topology
Looking for optimal and best practices and make recommendations
Write recommendations of remediation plan
Document network topology and systems, levels of firmware
Components and component configuration, reconfigure and optimize

You will need to be able to login on skype and use voice calls at times and also text message. Please include what time of day you are available. 7AM to 1PM Monday through Friday is preferred.
