I need a comic figure for a quiz game, designed in a special way:
figure description:
- medical doctor, with a stethoscope
- positioned similar as on the photo in the attachment
- facial expression: asking, examining, mischievous smiling, challenging
- should leave positive emotions
- proportions should be suitable for iPhone

as it is a comic figure you are allowed to exaggerate.
the comic figure does/should not have look like the person on the photo.
