The enclosures have to be as cheap as possible in quantities >1,000 pcs.

What you should do:

Find enclosures, matching the specifications above.
Create a list or a table of the enclosures you found, in excel- or pdf format.
List the dimensions, a picture, the price for 1,000 pieces (if available) and the link to the enclosure in the file.

You may find such cheap enclosures on alibaba.com, made-in-china.com, but there are also other B2B platforms.
ONLY use B2B (business to business) platforms and not business to client platforms like ebay or aliexpress.

The biggest list with the best enclosures wins.

  There are also other differences between the enclosures. Some of them need 4 screws, other less and some of them don't need screws at all, it also depends on the color, the surface, how things can be mounted internally and so on. But, I can't tell you these things because I see thiese things when I see the enclosures.
