I would like an Android app to work on all the android device.

I want exactly same app as this app here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hna.android.uk&hl=en

Which shows UK Premierleague football scores and results.

Can you please download the app and see how it works before making a bid.

You will have to do the research on :

1) How the app works
2) Where that app is getting data such as scores etc, I will not provide this as I do not have access.
3) You will have to make the Graphics.

Unfortunately the statistical information for football in Europe is primarily monopolized by betting institutions or other money making organizations. For this reason I would not be able to secure a data source on your behalf. This will require a sophisticated scraper or and bought and paid for license of the live data. I can complete the project using static data, which can be updated periodically using free historical data sets, this data is usually updated only twice per week though.
