I cannot use a name already copyright and patented in the UK

eg. Scent Warehouse, The Fragrance Shop, The Perfume Shop, Fragrance Direct,

The shop is positioned on a corner, if that helps in the name.

I like the play on words Scentsational Perfume & Cosmetics, Escentual , Scent Sation Fragrances
