Do not understand why someone is determined to show their discontent and to disqualify a concerted design without the circumstances of the case. Looking finally found who the original author of the work that used in the design, http://www.darrencalvert.com/. I've had a contact via email with Mr. Calvert who kindly expressed his collaboration to use chicken if their rights are paid, without many problems as it all the people here want to, when they should take care of business. Do not make me feel good that my design disqualify or to doubt the author of the contest without knowing the whole truth. Nobody goes to jail, nadei violates rights, but many say in matters that are not theirs, I call my design is considered further in the competition. Thank you.

If this brand is going all over Canada and beyond, and the CH ignore the warnings and choose to use a "design" which has been "stolen", you may as well send yourself to prison now.
