After I read the brief,and understood the required, I see myself the most suitable graphic designer for this mission. I did a design and submitted it in here, if you have any comments please let me know, so I can put it in mind and come out with the best thing and the vision you have in mind :)

We have a main photograph for a female artist that would be centered like the sample provided, with a few faded small images of her performing embedded in the background.

We then want a message stating "Congratulations Emy Cee on reaching the TopTen in the local R&B/Soul ReverbNation Charts". That is the basic front and center message. The only logo that would need to go would be from ReverbNation found here:
