Hi,

I have an app that is almost done. I need to make it look pretty. I've done my coding part. I need someone to do the design thing you do to make it pop. Right now I'm just looking for a design concept. I'm open to suggestions on how the menu should look.

My menu has 5 buttons at this time. I'm not going to have all the buttons available yet and I might need to add another one, so I'd like it to be somewhat dynamic. I don't want it to look like a button is missing. It would help to see what the button placement would look like if the menu is 4,5,6 buttons.

Please don't feel like you have to spend too much time on the mockup, I'm looking more for the layout and placement. Of course the closer it is to being finish the more I can visualize your vision. I guess what I'm saying is you can't just describe it to me.

If you really want to WOW me, you can show me your version of the router and switch icons as well, or better yet make the menu & lab screen so I can see the theme.

If I like your concept/design/idea we can work out the other details for the whole project. I reserve the right to award more than one submission to maybe make it a skin within the app. Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck!

Hi all, we are almost done here. I know some of you are still working on your entries. I just wanted you to know that I am still open to your designs. Apologies, if some of my comments are not very helpful. I'm not a designer, I can tell you what I like or don't like. I can send files that I think are cool. I don't know why I think they are, but it's up to you, the designers, to "see" that - reason for the contest. Thanks for your entry and good luck!

Most of you are just going to google to grab icons there to change colors, if that's how this works, I guess I'd rather point you to a router icon I want. You can match this with a switch icon with the same look and feel, but make sure you own it, make it better. I really appreciate the one's that tried to make their own unique entry. Right now I only know what I don't want on my project, sorry about that. Thanks for your submissions.

I've uploaded a laptop icon more to my liking. I'm not a fan of the monitor for the host icon. You guys DO NOT need to change your icons. just FYI. Thanks for all the submissions.
