6) Are there better technologies that could be created to prevent such fraud and money laundering? What features would these technologies require?
7) Are there blackhat technologies readily available that make fraud easier for these cyber criminals? What are the flaws/advantages of these technologies for the criminals? How do whitehat technologies help deter/prevent these types of crimes?
8) How could preventative whitehat technologies exploit the flaws in the most commonly available blackhat technologies?
9) Who are the top five most wanted cyber criminals today (names or aliases)? What methods do these criminals use? Why are these methods successful and what are their flaws?

Part of the way we choose candidates is based on the effort the contribute, regardless of current incentives. We start small with people we partner with, build trust and synergy, and progressively move on to bigger and bigger projects with the individuals we select.

That's understandable, but I'm not sure you'll be able to achieve those ends on a grand scale in this particular competition. There's still time left before the contest expires. So, we'll see. I guess.
