New home build on snow zone hillside with upward facing western views of mountain range. ~4000sf. not including garage. pacific nw style. 1 main story with finished daylight basement. 3 bdrm, 3+ bath, great room, den, chefs kitchen, dining, breakfast, office, spa, laundry, mudroom, wine storage room and mechanical/storage room in basement. Fireplace in great rooom and primary bedroom, large deck--partially covered. Would like to maximize mountain views. 3-4 car garage can be in basement. No steps front door/entrance.

Prefer a budget friendly design. Floor plan, 3D renderings and CAD file a must.

Daylight basement I think is the same as a walkout basement. Which way is the slope on the land?, back to front, side to side or front to back. 9' walls, 8 ft basement walls? How high is the elevation from the low side to the high side of the slope on the land. Thank you for posting your Contest on freelancer.
