I need some Graphic Design for a website image and a new Logo

Hi guys,

We are running two websites relating to property investment. We source new house and land packages and use our buying power to connect people with the best deal on their new homes.

We do a similar thing to IronFish, and actually would like a graphic similar to the one I have attached.

We need two graphics which are similar. One for www.findmyhomebrisbane.com.au and another for a website we have not yet decided on a name. I will provide the new content for the images. Please see the "Details Key" file, after you have viewed the original, and use the following system to replace the wording content. We would also like a reworked layout, with new images (however a very similar theme is appreciated) to fit in with our current website.

We would like one to fit in with the green colour scheme of www.findmyhomebrisbane.com.au and another in a colour scheme which matches www.prestigeinvestor.com.au

OK here is the content:

1. Change name from IronFish Investors to "FindMyHome Buyers". Change "Access national opportunities" to "Use our buying power". Keep the rest, but take out the VIP opportunities. And change "The Best Deal" to "Quality Property & Best Price".

2. Change name "most investors to "On your own". Chance "access mainly LOCAL properties" to "Your own research"
Change DIY researched to Limited Personal research, and DIY Negotiated to Limited Negotiation Leverage. Keep public opportunities

3. Make phase 1 say, "Step 1". Select Properties instead of "Source" and Soucing power to say "Choice Amount". Keep the graphics similar but with new spin.

4. Step 2. Change analyse to "Report and Analyse". Change "each property is analused by the team" to "Properties selected are analysed and reports create on pro's and con's. Tick - Do they Meet your requirements / tick - Will they perform well in market / tick - Property Checks and Due Diligence

Change "each project is analysed by the DIY investor" to "each property is analysed by you" change question marks to red X symbols and make them read: X - Proven Buying Strategy? / X - Results and Experience? / X - Expert Local Knowledge?

5. Step 3. Change Negotiate to: Negotiations. Change ticks to read: tick - Lowest Price Possible, / tick - Personally considered Buying Terms, / tick - Extra negotiated benefits. Change question marks to X marks.

6. Keep mostly as is. But change ticks to be - Lowest Price, Best Area, Best Build
Change "An ironfish approved property" to "House and Land through FindMyHome Brisbane" and "another property" to "Personally Sourced Property". Change the question box to read "Uncertainty of Build, Buy and Location."
Please also change "Investment Risk" to "Buyers Risk".

ONE MORE THING. We need to add a CAPE flowing to one side to the man in the logo images. Also have him with one arm into the air, and a TIE. Please make the same colour tie and Cape as the font (orange). Cheers guys! (Please do not change anything other than the tie, cape and arm)

As I said we do need two. For now I think the two different colours with the same content would be find.

Hi everyone, I probably wasn't clear enough in my last message. Everything is looking good, but we need to turn this on it's side.

So instead of having all the FindYourHome stuff down the left, we need to have it on top, and the "On your own" section all lining up below it.

Hopefully this makes it look a little bit more unique.

Hi guys, just had a meeting with my partner and we agree that it does still look a bit too similar to the original image. We were thinking of turning it on it's side. Keeping everything the same, but change the "high-med-low" details to something else. If you could use your imagination on what would best convey the right message, we'll decide based on that.

So basically make the FindMyHome Brisbane be on the top, and compare everything below. Essentially making it a 16:9 ratio, or at least something a bit wider compared to hight. We would love to see a bit of creativity where ever possible.
