I need a 1024 x 1024 iPhone app icon design.

The app lets you insert your highway card number and it tells you how much money is left on the card. The app name is Corredor Sur. The Icon doesn't need to include the app name, but it can, or any abbreviation that you find right.

The highway system is 'Corredor Sur' in Panama. A sample card picture can be seen here:

I'm looking for a design that has these colors and is photorealistic in the sense that the icon itself looks like a card... Inside a pocket or something similar. Or maybe just the card itself.
