I need Icons for Moldy Cave Virtual Game Table

Entry must contain all of the following icons as 64x64px PNG images with transparent backgrounds. Icons must look good presented on a dark background. Background may be textured, so take this into account. Please maintain consistency in icon style so they look like a set. A fantasy theme would be best.
1) Map Icon
2) Backpack Icon - Fantasy style, not school backpack. This will represent the inventory section of the site.
3) Drawing Icon - This will represent the ability to draw and will toggle a drawing area on and off. A paint pallet may also be used for this.
4) Dice Icon - 2 or 3 multi-sided dice
5) Token Icon - Used to open an area where tokens (otherwise known as Pogs or Minis) can be selected. See files for example of what pogs are.
6) Grid Icon - this can be a simple icon of a grid
7) Cloud or Fog Icon
8) Options or Settings Icon
9) Treasure Icon
10) Notes Icon
11) Images Icon
12) Spells Icon - A Fireball, Lightning bolt, or purple projectile would be best.
13) Player Icon
14) Logout Icon
15) Visibility Icon - On
16) Visibility Icon - Off
