I would like someone to illustrate a photo that can be resized. I prefer the starting size to be large. Would like view of island from a distance where you can see a small mountain some palm trees a beach and a nice sky with sun. I attached a sketch of what my idea is.

I know my sketch is bad, but that's why I am hiring you right?!

I also uploaded a screen shot of a reference photo, this is the style i would prefer! :)

This contest is aimed at newbies that want freelancer 5 star rating to get them started along with a small prize.

How large do you want it? Do you want it in HD ratio like 1600x900 is there any DPI amount you would like for an example just at basic resolution good for web and graphics or at 300DPI so that you can print full page?

  I think good for web/graphics is fine. :) What is mostly important is that it can be resized without loss of quality and that it is wider. Like a 1000px wide by 500-600 height
