PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an interior designer to develop a design for our living room and the dining room.

Please note that the living room is not a rectangle. One wall is angular positioned (10 degrees). Please see the attached pictures.

1.) The living room should have a fireplace placed at the corner of the living room and the dining room.
2.) The TV-Wall and the kitchen are complete. There is no need to redesign.

DESIGN CRITERIA:
Modern and suitable to the rest design.

Skills required:
Interior design, graphic design, 3D Modelling, 3D Rendering

The winner should give us please a list of planned furniture and materials and should deliver please the created images for our using.

  the floor celling wall height is 2,59m, the doors are 2,25m (in the clear) and the windows (windowcase) are 2,29m height. The difference between the planned and the real ceiling is round about 1cm.

Hello Thomas! I started making the 3d model for you, and I found some differences in dimensions. In the plan the distance between the chimney and the part wall (perpendicular on the dinning wall) is 3.135 m. However in the picture the space seams much smaller, like the chimney is wider. Could you please verify this dimension?

  We prefer a modern theme, minimalistic. The design could be a little bit futuristic and funky but should be comfortable and suitable to the rest environment.
  
  Additional information: the colour of the existing glow sticks of the lights on/in the wall (TV-Wall and dining) can be changed now (red, purple, green, orange, blue...).
