I need an App Icon that adheres to Apple's guidelines for ios8.

The icon is for an reference app that lists the emergency services for the Republic of Ireland.
these services are
-Police/Garda
-Hospitals
-Fire stations
-General Practitioners
I would like the app icon to be very simple and flat (maybe 2 colors/3 max)
It should somehow convey the idea of the app but can do this abstractly(include description of icon)
Looking for something very fresh and cool
<b>TO CLARIFY: The name of the app is not decided upon and is unnecessary for this contest, the app name appears under the app, no need to incorporate in the icon, I do not want words or initials on the logo...I could do this myself</b>
I'll elaborate more.. The subtlety I'm looking for is the icon doesn't have to explain the app, the description and name will do that but it should represent the app...even it you only realize that after

Shadowline, thanks for the submissions, I'll give you feedback here so it's all in one place, there is 2 much going on here...I am looking for a flat style 2/3 color icon, ideally 2..Thnks for submissions but not hitting the mark unfortunately
