I need a landing page for my website drugcraft.net it needs to be sexy and have a good layout to it. The main aspect needs to be the game servers IP address. It needs to be eye catching and visible. It also needs to note down the other features in a good layout and design.

The website is for a community for a minecraft game server with a aspect of drugs and police.

I am not going to give any suggestions, I want you to give me the suggestion.

It needs to be HTML based, I need the text dynamic and it also needs options for things like "Forums", "Shop", "Rules" etc...

It also needs to work on ALL browsers.
