Landscape modelling - Create a cross country horse riding site

Greetings everyone,

We would like a nice 3D Drawing/modelling of an existing agricultural parcel that we wish to transform into an elevated cross country horse-riding site.

It has to be elevated.
Basically, we will bring enough earth to the site to create a plateau 12 meters above the existing ground, on which we will create the cross country horse-riding environment.
The global 3D shape of it roughly looks a trapezium, with the steepest slopes on the west and south part of it. Access to the site has to be from the north or the east : so with softer slopes to allow people and horses in.
No angle/slope should be over 30°.

On the plateau, we would like some cross-country horse riding features such as obstacles, bushes, embossed areas... Google has plenty of examples.
Important detail : no water on the site.

On each side of the trapezium, there should be fields of appletrees, peartrees, vines... Anything you see fit and that would look nice, but at least a side of vines. There also needs to be a nice path for people to stroll across the fields of orchards, and the pictures need to make the viewer feel a pleasuring mix of agriculture and nature.

What we need, aka, the job :
We need some nice pictures of what the place could look like from above, and some pictures of what it could like from within. It has to be convincingly beautiful.

    hello i have a couple question about this project; 1) is this a club or a public place, 2) are there going to be lessons held on hourse riding, or any contests. 3) are the orchard for picking the fruit or cosmetic. 4) are the wood public or private territory. 6) how many hourses will live there?

      2. Could be, I don't know.
      3. Both. Cosmetic for the presentation (your work) ; for picking IRL
      4. Woods around the place are private
      6. No horses will live there, it's only for the practice.
