About: Dreams Achieved has created a series of mentoring programs that pair the young person with a trained mentor who will assist him or her in developing the habits and perspective that will lead to success and hopefulness in the future. Utilizing referral services and training programs designed to educate and bring awareness, Dreams Achieved strives to uplift a vital group of the adult class in East New York.
Target Market: The two target markets for Dreams Achieved are young people ages 8 to 17 that have developed destructive habits that will lead down a path of hopelessness.
The second target market are those in the 25-44 category that have struggled with or know community members who have struggled with mental health concerns, unemployment, nutritional related health education, and access to healthy food options.
Concept: A Iconic/combination logotype that reflects/communicates positivity, growth, and empowerment. (Example: Boys & Girls Club, United Way).
The overall message or emotion that should be conveyed to the target audience pride, encouragement & community/togetherness. That we are here to help. Goals can be achieved.
